 "Afterschool" is a YouTube channel with great content and perfect for people like me who find it easier to learn with a visual aid.

This video is for those people who are always fighting some kind of battle in the world. Regardless of whether they win or not, the next battle is always around the corner. They fight these battles in the outside world, not understanding that they are just projections of the battles waiting to be fought within. And so they go on avoiding the scary battles within, the aspects of their own being that need to change and evolve. If they are lucky, they will reach a breaking point. If not, they will go on fighting the surrogate battles in the outside world. World hunger, animal cruelty, racism, climate change, refugees, gender equality, but also work colleagues, bosses, neighbors, boy- and girlfriends, politicians....the list is endless.
